Campaign comes to a successful close
In April, we officially celebrated the success of our recent campaign: Your Life, Our Mission.

Generous donors like you provided instrumental support to HSS and gave $324 million between 2010-2017—exceeding our goal of $300 million to advance research and innovation, build new facilities and laboratories, and ultimately improve patient care.

We celebrated The Honorable William W. Bradley and Paul M. Pellicci, MD, Attending Orthopedic Surgeon and Chief Emeritus of the Hip Service at HSS on June 4th. The event raised $4 million in support of HSS.

The most common knee surgery for seniors is not always effective

CNBC reported on a recent study that found arthroscopic meniscal surgery to repair torn cartilage is not effective for people older than 65.
